IMPORT TARIFF FOR EU CUSTOMERS

We don't want our customers to be surprised with import tariffs on delivery, so here is some basic information on ordering our products from the UK.

There will likely be a delay for your delivery if you live out side the UK. This is out of our control as customs will ask you to pay local taxes for your country.

• Customs clearance charges and fees may be payable on items/goods entering the EU from the UK. These fees do depend on the contents’ value and your country. Your parcel may not be released until payment has been received. 

• Items sent to the EU from England, Scotland and Wales are subject to VAT and duties in the EU.

• The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.
